Maple Dijon Nuts (Vegan, Oil-free, & Gluten free)
Making your own seasoned nut mixes can be a fun way to mix up your snacking and can save you money! Feel free to use a mixture of whatever your favorite nuts and seeds are.
1 & 1/2 cups raw cashews
1 & 1/2 cups raw almonds
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2-1 tsp salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Mix the mustard, maple syrup, and spices together until well incorporated. Add your nuts and mix until everything is evenly coated.
Spread out evenly on the lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, mixing every 5 minutes. Keep an eye on them so they don't burn. Cool completely and serve or store in an air tight container for 5-7 days.
