Hot Chocolate (Vegan, Oil-free, Gluten free, & Refined sugar free)
I love hot chocolate, especially as the weather gets colder. This recipe is my basic hot chocolate, feel free to add any other flavors or adjust the ingredient amounts to fit your taste.
1 cup plain unsweetened nondairy milk
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon
Add all the ingredients to a sauce pan. Whisk everything together and heat over a medium heat. Heat until it reaches the desired temperature.
