Chocolate Popsicles (Vegan, Oil-free, Gluten free, & Refined sugar free)
Just in time for your end of summer get together and BBQ. These are super easy to make and a delicious sweet treat!
1/2 cup unsweetened 100% dark chocolate chips
12.3 oz block of silken tofu
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup plain unsweetened non-dairy milk
Add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Taste and add more chocolate or maple syrup to your taste.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. (Makes about 6)
When ready to serve, run the popsicle mold under hot water to make pulling them out of the molds easier.
